Refund policy

Returns
Any product that is shipped can be returned for a credit or replacement within 14 days from the day the order was shipped - if it has not been used.  Additionally, all shipping charges are non refundable. Any used product returned will be discarded and no refunds will be credited.  Proof of purchase is required.

Missing Items must be reported within 2 days of receiving order.  

No addresses changes are allowed.  If you wish to change the destination, you will need to cancel the order and place another one with the desired destination address.

All packages are sent with adult signature required.  If package is returned to us, we will charge you to re-deliver the package.  If the package is sent back to us due to not being at the destination address and you wish to get a refund, you will not be refunded the shipping cost.



Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
If items are used, we will only replace them in case of a manufacturer defect. Any defects on used items must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt. If you need to exchange an items that has a a manufacturer defect, send us an email at contact@hookafina.com with pictures highlighting the defect.

Return Shipments
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
